International visitors and exhibitors are advised to begin their visa process early. In many countries, current wait times for first time visa appointments or visa renewals can range from one month to over a year, depending on location and season.

Media registration for BevXpo is complimentary and subject to approval by Show Management.
Press
Eligible press include working journalists from print, broadcast, and digital media representing established trade or consumer publications and media outlets. This includes reporters, writers, editors, producers, photographers, and camera crews.
Freelancers
Freelance journalists must have published or broadcast content related to the food, beverage, or FMCG industry within the past 12 months. Applicants are required to submit recent work samples, article links, or broadcast clips during registration. If attending on assignment, a letter of assignment from the publication is required.
Bloggers
Bloggers must demonstrate at least 12 months of active publishing focused on food, beverage, or FMCG-related topics. Applicants must provide links to their blog and relevant posts as part of the registration process.
Social Media Influencers
Social media creators who do not operate a qualifying blog may apply if they own and manage an active social media account with a minimum of 2,000 followers on at least one major platform such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, or Pinterest. Applications will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis based on content quality, audience relevance, and industry focus.
Media Services
Publishers, media executives, and media sales professionals representing outlets relevant to the food, beverage, or FMCG industry are eligible to apply. Proof of business affiliation and professional title is required during registration.
